COSTLY MISTAKES LADIES DO IN CHOOSING THEIR SEX PARTNER

Sex is a wonderful gift that should be cherished. It shouldn’t be just given to anyone. Ladies, if you want respect, you have to earn it.

Here are seven types of men a lady should totally forget about ‘hooking up’ with.

1.The club flirt: after a couple of drinks, he seems like the perfect guy. The next morning, he is so not what you thought about him the previous night. In case you meet a club flirt, take his number and give it some thought.

2.The office crush: the fact that you spend most of your time with him doesn’t mean you should screw him. Well, you can if you are ready to face awkward moments and destroy a reputation you’ve built. Remember business plus pleasure can be a recipe for disaster.

3.The flake: this is the guy you don’t know whether to call an acquaintance or a friend. He is inconsistent in his communication with you. What makes you pick his calls are the nice conversations, he sticks around for a week and disappears for months. Next time, put his call on voicemail.

COMMON CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS

Like any activity you pursue, there are certain musts that are required to be successful in a chosen activity. To legally operate a vehicle on public roadways, one must have a driver's license; to excel in sports, one must train and practice; to retire comfortably, one must become an informed investor and actively invest for retirement. If your goal is success in business, then the formula is no different. There are certain musts that have to be fully developed, implemented and managed for your business to succeed. There are many business musts, but this article contains I believe to be some of the more important musts that are required to start, operate and grow a profitable home business.

1. Do what you enjoy.
What you get out of your business in the form of personal satisfaction, financial gain, stability and enjoyment will be the sum of what you put into your business. So if you don't enjoy what you're doing, in all likelihood it's safe to assume that will be reflected in the success of your business--or subsequent lack of success. In fact, if you don't enjoy what you're doing, chances are you won't succeed.

GINGER......A NATURAL HEALER

Ginger is a natural spice and is known world wide for its smell and pungent taste. Ginger has been used by Chinese herbalists for more than 2,500 years as flavouring in food and also as a medicine. Ginger root is known for its medicinal properties and it is used in many traditional medicines. The healing benefits of ginger are mainly due to its volatile oils and the high oleoresin content. A lot of research has been going on to find out the herbal benefits of this herb and so far, the researchers have found many health benefits of ginger roots. Ginger is native to Asia, especially India and it’s also been used in the traditional Indian medicines (Ayurveda) for more than three thousand years.

FAILURE IS A LESSON

Many of life’s failure are people who do not realize how close they were to success, when they gave up.
The man who lives for himself is a failure. Even if he gains more wealth, power or position, he is still a failure.

Show me a thoroughly satisfied man and i will show you a failure. He who looks into the future with eyes of fear will see failure.
Failure is often the first step towards success. A man of broken focus is bound to be a failure.

Health Benefits of Onions

Health Benefits of Onions
What would life be like without onions? The onion has been used as an ingredient in various dishes for thousands of years by many cultures around the world. Onions (Allium cepa) belong to the lily family, the same family as garlic, leeks, chives, scallions and shallots. There are over 600 species of Allium, distributed all over Europe, North America, Northern Africa and Asia.
Dry onions are a surprising source of fiber and a rich source of healthy sulfur compounds, similar to those found in garlic. Research on onions has lagged behind garlic research, but onions appear to have similar cardiovascular benefits, such as reducing blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels, at least in the short term.
Onions also contain phytochemicals called flavonoids, which help vitamin C in its function, improving the integrity of blood vessels and decreasing inflammation. All this spells help for your cardiovascular system. One particular flavonoid, quercetin, may inhibit tumor growth and help keep colon cancer at bay.

COINCIDENCE (PART-1)

James Dean's car curse
In September 1955, James Dean was killed in a horrific car accident whilst he was driving his Porsche sports car. After the crash the car was seen as very unlucky.
a) When the car was towed away from accident scene and taken to a garage, the engine slipped out and fell onto a mechanic, shattering both of his legs.
b) Eventually the engine was bought by a doctor, who put it into his racing car and was killed shortly afterwards, during a race. Another racing driver, in the same race, was killed in his car, which had James Dean's driveshaft fitted to it.
c) When James Dean's Porsche was later repaired, the garage it was in was destroyed by fire.
d) Later the car was displayed in Sacramento, but it fell off it's mount and broke a teenager's hip.
e) In Oregon, the trailer that the car was mounted on slipped from it's towbar and smashed through the front of a shop.
f) Finally, in 1959, the car mysteriously broke into 11 pieces while it was sitting on steel supports.
